Lie on your back, on the floor with something soft beneath you. You can also do this exercise in your bed if you don't have a mattress that is too soft.

  • Place one hand on your heart in the center of your chest and the other on your lower abdomen or yoni.

  • Breathe slowly and deeply through your nose.

  • Invite feelings of safety, warmth, at home in your body.

  • Bring in the feeling of safety with inhalation.

  • Imagine a place where you feel very safe.

  • Think of your own bed, a warm beach, a mountain lake, a loving friend, or the arms of a loved one.

  • At least choose a place where you feel safe!

  • Stay in this feeling for as long as you want until you feel relaxed and landed in your body.

Do this every day. At the beginning or the end of the day, let this exercise take 5 to 10 minutes. You will immediately notice that your sense of security is growing!
